Richtlinien f\u00fcr Schwimmkurse des TUS-Feldbach\/Sektion Schwimmen<\/h2>\n

g\u00fcltig f\u00fcr das Kursangebot ab 1. Juni 2015<\/p>\n

1. Anbieter<\/h3>\n

TUS-Feldbach Sektion Schwimmen (in weiterer Folge TUS genannt) hat an umfangreiches Kursangebot f\u00fcr Jung und Alt. Nachfolgende Kursrichtlinien gelten f\u00fcr das gesamte Kursangebot.<\/p>\n

2. Anmeldung \/ Verbindlichkeit<\/h3>\n

Der Vertrag mit dem TUS kommt zustande, wenn eine Anmeldung unter Angabe der Personalien eingegangen ist. Dies ist per Anmeldetalon auf der Homepage m\u00f6glich. Die Anmeldungen werden nach einlagen ber\u00fccksichtigt und sind rechtsverbindlich. Sie erhalten bei der Anmeldung eine Best\u00e4tigung per E-Mail.
Bei einer Abmeldung oder einer Nichtteilnahme am Kurs bleibt das Kursgeld geschuldet. Das Kursgeld kann im Falle einer Abmeldung erlassen werden, wenn rechtzeitig ein Ersatzteilnehmer gefunden oder ein Arztzeugnis vorgewiesen werden kann. In diesen F\u00e4llen wird eine Stornogeb\u00fchr von \u20ac 10.00 in Rechnung gestellt.<\/p>\n

3. Einstufung in die Grundlagen- und Schwimmstilkurse<\/h3>\n

Die Einstufung ist Sache der Vertragspartner. Bei Unsicherheiten ist R\u00fccksprache mit dem Kursleiter des TUS zu f\u00fchren.
Der oder die Kurs LeiterIn kann nach der ersten Lektion die Einteilung in einen anderen Kurs gem\u00e4\u00df der Eignung und Schwimmf\u00e4higkeiten der Teilnehmenden vornehmen.<\/p>\n

4. Kursgeld \/ Zahlungskonditionen<\/h3>\n

Die Kursgeb\u00fchren sind in den Ausschreibungen und auf der Homepage des TUS ersichtlich. Die Kurskosten sind am ersten Kurstag bei dem\/der Kurs LeiterIn bar zu bezahlen.<\/p>\n

5. Durchf\u00fchrung des Kursangebots<\/h3>\n

Wird die Mindestzahl (ist in der Ausschreibung angegeben) nicht erreicht, beh\u00e4lt sich TUS das Recht vor, einen Kurs zusammenzulegen, aufzuteilen oder nicht durchzuf\u00fchren. Dies gilt auch bei nicht vorherzusehenden Ereignisses wie z.B. kurzfristige Schlie\u00dfung der Infrastruktur, Naturereignisse usw.
Wenn der Kurs w\u00e4hrend der Kursdurchf\u00fchrung abgebrochen werden muss, erfolgt die R\u00fcckerstattung der Kurskosten anteilsm\u00e4\u00dfig.<\/p>\n

6. Eintritt ins Hallenbad \/ Freibad<\/h3>\n

Der Eintritt in Hallenbad ist in der Kursgeb\u00fchr nicht inbegriffen. Dies gilt f\u00fcr das ganze Kursangebot.<\/p>\n

7. Mitteilungen<\/h3>\n

Mitteilungen an die Kursteilnehmenden per SMS oder E-Mail ausgeschickt. Sofern eine Emailadresse oder eine Handynummer oder E-Mailadresse bekannt ist.<\/p>\n
